What is Lean Certification?

Lean Certification and a management system inspired by the practices and results of the Toyota System. It aims to develop and lead as companies, in a simple and objective way, to achieve results in a world class level through the Lean philosophy. As companies that enter into this project they are going through a real transformation in their way of thinking and acting in the management of their business. At each of the “times” elaborated by Seminars, Trainings, specific book readings and practical consulting at all levels of the organizational structure. Lean robust tools and methodologies are applied for high-performance results.
Certification levels are: Reflection / Education, Learning / Learning, Improvement / Improvement, Leading / Leading and World Class.
